There are numerous reasons why you may decide to cancel a car rental booking with us.

Most often it is due to a change in your travel plans and we ask that you give us a minimum of 7 days notice. This enables us to reallocate the vehicle reserved for you to another person.

However, if you give short notice (i.e. less than 7 days) we are unable to reallocate the vehicle in which case we may have to make a cancellation charge equivalent to 1 day rental, although we will try very hard to avoid this where we can.
