606 Club, 90 Lots Road, London SW10

The 606 has increased its capacity by knocking down a few walls here and there. It ranks as the best jazz club outside the West End, with an emphasis on the food as well as the music. the club has a voracious appetite for bands, booking over forty every month. The club has an unspectacular entrance off Lotts road and you could be forgiven for walking straight past it several times before you find it. There is a healthy menu, which is available until 2 a.m. in the morning.
