Comfortable accommodation, great relaxed atmosphere and 5 star service. We pride ourselves on our hospitality and one guest wrote "Our stay at Brownhill House was so enjoyable we must single it out for special praise. Roger and Yoland were such generous hosts".
Brownhill House is a somewhat rambling family home, situated in a historic village, with origins dating back a couple of centuries, but now of course completely modernised. It has a large farmhouse style kitchen where meals are served and the lounge is traditionally beamed with a stone inglenook fireplace. There is one double bedroom, one twin and one single each with en suite facilities.
Laundry, car washing, secretarial aid etc. are all available. You can borrow books, get help with family history searches and we have even produced a logo for a new business.
The unique two acre hillside garden, which has an entry in The Good Gardens Guide, borders the River Perry and has featured on television and is well known to National Garden Scheme visitors.
