Situated in the heart of London, our self catering Apartment Houses are designed to provide modern, fully equipped temporary homes for the visitor, business person or family on holiday.

All flatlets are tastefully furnished and provide a convenient base from which the guests can have all the privacy and luxury of their own home. Equalling many hotels in comfort and service, most of our apartments are self contained. All have private toilet and shower or bath and all contain built in kitchen or "corner kitchenette". This means with hotel and restaurant prices in London at their present high level, you will get all the comfort and convenience - yet not the cost - of a good hotel.

We offer apartments in two of the most favoured areas of Central London. Our Victoria and Kensington Houses are situated in quiet, historic streets, perfectly located for communication to all parts of London including Westminster, Piccadilly, Knightsbridge and Chelsea as well as the West End and other main shopping centres. The Royal Parks are close by and Art Galleries, Museums, Theatres and places of entertainment and interest are within easy reach. Both are well served by bus and underground with direct lines from Heathrow Airport. Victoria also has main line trains with direct lines to Gatwick Airport.

In transforming these fine turn-of-the-century buildings into comfortble, modern holiday apartments, none of the original style has been lost. Many of the tall, well porportioned rooms retain the architectual features of an age when cost was no object, an age which demanded good light from large windows and personal privacy from sturdy, sound-insulated walls, as well as other decorative details in the high ceilings and cornices.

Most of our apartments have twin beds, but some double beds are available. The apartments vary considerably in size and generally fall into the following three categories:

Guests have the use of pay-phones for both incoming and outgoing calls. Resident staff are always ready to be of assistance to guests.

Inclusive charges cover: lighting, central heating, constant hot water, colour television, daily service (Monday to Friday), regular change of sheets and towels and intercom for front door.
