Our family run licensed Guest House is centrally located for touring the Spey Valley and Highlands of Scotland. Relax in a peaceful, friendly atmosphere where your comfort and satisfaction are our priorities.
Carrbridge is a small unspoilt Highland village just off the main A9 Perth to Inverness road, and also on the main London to Inverness train line. Inverness Airport is about 40 minutes away and the main bus service from Glasgow/Edinburgh stops in Aviemore. With prior arrangement we can collect you from the train, bus or airport.
The village enjoys a long tradition as a popular holiday base with all year round appeal. In the village we have a 9 hole golf course, pony trekking, cycle hire and also the Landmark Outdoor Centre.
Carrbridge is the original ski-ing village and is noted for its excellent ski school and ski hire facilities. Aviemore and the Cairngorms are within easy reach also the Lecht Ski area provides an alternative.
Spey Valley has a variety of activities and places of interest to suit all ages and tastes. Aviemore Centre offers a range of entertainments - Santa Claus Land, go karts, ice skating, swimming and cinema. Whilst those who enjoy outdoor pursuits may choose from watersports, hill walking or mountaineering in the Cairngorms. There are also six golf courses in the area.
For a more sedate outdoor activity, the River Spey is world famous for its salmon and trout fishing. The RSPB Osprey Hide on Loch Garten provides a unique opportunity to view these and many other birds in their natural habitat.
