This attractive period flint cottage is situated in a tiny cul-de-sac behind the High Street, and only a few yards from the beach, in the centre of Sheringham.

The cottage has undergone extensive moderisation and now provides luxurious accommodation for seven adults. There are optional full size bunk beds, and a Mothercare cot/bed for extra children. There is also a Habitat bed-settee for an eighth and ninth adult, if required. For comforts sake we limit the number to nine with an extra small child.

GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN DINING ROOM:

Kitchen contains separate fridge and freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric kettle and toaster. Dining room: Pine dining table seating seven persons. Dresser containing dinner service, napkins etc.

Sitting room: Three seater and two seater Habitat bed settee, easy chair, bar and book shelves. Television, video and stereo CD player. Bedroom: One small single with en suite shower and toilet. One large Twin bedded room.

FIRST FLOOR:

Two double bedrooms. Twin bedded room has a sea view.

SECOND FLOOR:

Bathroom with sea view. Full sized bath, standing shower unit, toilet washbasin/vanity unit, electric shaver point and hair dryer.

Downstairs, the chimney breast for the real flame gas fire and spiral staircase make unusual room dividers.

Fitted patio garden with BBQ, sunbed, garden table with umbrella and six chairs. There are flower beds and shrubs as well as colourful window boxes. There is a large gate to prevent children from wandering, as well as a shed where bicycles can be stored.

From 275.00 to 550.00 per week, depending on season.

All prices include gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, cot, central heating etc. There is no extra charge for one or two well behaved dogs.

MINI BREAKS: 180.00 for 3 nights

For three nights until 4th April & from October 31st to December 19th . Extra nights add 60.00 per night.
