Situated overlooking Strumpshaw Fen R.S.P.B. we have a large fishing lake and a three acre garden.

All rooms in our peacefully situated modern house are comfortably furnished with hospitality tray and colour television. Two rooms have en suite showers and one has a private bathroom.

There is a frequent bus service into Norwich and the railway station is a 15 minute walk - I have been known to get the car out! The park and ride service into the city centre is only five minutes away. Norwich, with its modern shops and historic sites is ten minutes away. There are several good pubs and a restaurant nearby.

We are in the ideal location for either a restful or active break as locally there is:

• Boating
• Horse riding
• Walking

The Norfolk Broads and the coasts of Norfolk and Suffolk are within easy reach.

We do have two, very spoilt dogs and welcome others, but please check first.
