Ye Olde Royal Oak is a 17th century Inn situated in the heart of the Peak National Park with excellent access to the beautiful Dove and Manifold valleys and to the Peaks with their superb views of the surrounding, unspoilt countryside.

Camping and caravan are available on a secluded croft and facilities include access to a shower and washroom with hot water.

Ye Olde Royal Oak has featured on local, national and American television as the home of the 'The Official World Toe Wrestling Championships' held annually in the grounds of the public house. The next championships' are schelduled for the Saturday 30th June 2001.
