These three attractive cottages are situated on a working farm on the edge of Skelton village, with views of York Minster from the windows.

Skelton is an attractive rural village 3 miles north of York with a shop, church, pub and doctor. There are also regular bus services into York.

The cottages are also an ideal base for touring the rest of Yorkshire. We are a mere hour from one of the most beautiful coastlines in England, half an hour from the North York Moors and Herriot Country and just over an hour from the scenic Dales and the Brontes' Haworth.

Accommodation in the cottages includes: * kitchen * dining room * lounge * bathroom * three bedrooms * The kitchens are fitted with units, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and all cooking and eating utensils. Each cottage sleeps up to six people. Beds are fitted with continental quilts and covers and pillows. All the cottages have colour television and are fully heated with night storage heaters. Cot and high chair available on request.

There is a large garden and a separate utility room, for the use of all guests, containing toys, books, maps and information on places to visit. A pay phone which accepts incoming calls, a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. Animals are welcome in the cottages by arrangement only. There is plenty of car parking space.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Prices include VAT.

SPECIAL BREAKS - November to March Friday to Sunday OR Tuesday to Thursday 95.00 for three nights, 30.00 per extra night. Not available over Christmas and New Year.
