Nestling deep in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside, the old village of Bramley is the delightful setting for "Stonecroft".
A 17th century, Grade II Listed private residence, but there is nothing old fashioned about the standard of accomodation. All our rooms are en suite, with colour television, video and of course, tea and coffee making facilities. All bedrooms are NON SMOKING.
Our reception is warm and welcoming and we are happy to help, whether you want details of local historical sites, like Roche Abbey, information on the recreational facilities at nearby Rother Valley Country Park - or simply the quickest route to the Meadowhall Shopping complex!
Stonecroft's breakfast room offers our guests the opportunity to breakfast like a king in our welcoming oak beamed breakfast room. Whether you would like a full English menu or a lighter continental breakfast, we can provide the perfect start to your day.
The Coach House and Mews for those seeking a more private setting, is a splendid self contained quarter with ample room for up to six guests. A central lounge provides a comfortable area for our guests to relax in, and the accommodation incorporates separate kitchen facilities and three double bedrooms each with luxury en suite shower room.
Our lounge is the perfect place to unwind after a busy - or not so busy - day. Soak up the relaxed atmosphere as you enjoy a drink, and order a tray service of snacks or freshly made sandwiches.
The secret garden where you can enjoy our homemade cakes and scones in this ideal setting close to open countryside, yet still within easy reach of Rotherham (10 minutes by car) and the motorway links of the M1 and M18.
