Pat and Dick Younger invite you to stay at Hilton House, their elegant Edwardian home which is situated on the main road leading from Windermere to Bowness.

Hilton House is a charming stone built, detatched Edwardian residence with many of the original stained glass windows, wood panelling, carvings and an imposing staircase.

Our pleasant refurbished bedrooms have en suite facilities and all are equipped with colour television, hairdryer and hospitality tray.

The dining room, where you can enjoy our Lakeland breakfast, looks out onto the front garden and woodland beyond.

The peaceful lounge which is entered through a wide archway from the dining room, has a magnificent carved fireplace and beautiful stained glass windows set in the alcoves. We have a residential licence for those who like to relax with a quiet drink, in winter in front of a roaring log fire.

We also have ample car parking facilities in our large car park and a tree shaded rear garden.

Hilton House is centrally heated and has a full fire certificate.

We are a TOTALLY NON SMOKING Guest House.
