Oban well deserves its title as Gateway to the Isles, with coastal access via Calmac Ferries to Mull, Iona, Coll, Staffa, Tiree, Colonsay and Lismore. Iona has the Abbey founded by St Columba who brought Christianity to Scotland, and Staffa has the renowned Fingal's Cave, immortalised in Mendellsohn's famous overture.

Inland from Oban, there are direct touring routes to Fort William and Glencoe, Crianlarich, Pitlochry, Tarbert, Campbeltown and Dunoon. There is an 18 hole golf course within 10 minutes drive.; several gardens open to the public and a delightful Rare Breeds Park nearby. There are many other local attractions all within easy driving distance.

Our lovely house has sea views overlooking the bay. We have six large, well appointed double/twin bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities available for guests use. Some of the rooms can accommodate an extra bed.

There is ample car parking space. Sorry, no smoking in the bedrooms.
