Cwmtudu, is a very pretty sheltered cove a short distance down quiet country lanes and there are larger beaches at Llangranog and Penbryn, which is a National Trust beauty spot. The whole area is renowned for its unspoilt coastline and beautiful wooded valley. The resorts of New Quay, Aberaeron and Aberporth are close at hand. The Preseli mountains and the Cathedral City of St David are about one hours drive away. There are local shops and garages with larger centres at Carmarthen and Aberystwyth, all easily accessible.

This part of Wales appeals especially to the outdoor types, photographers and artists who enjoy the activities such as walking, bird watching, golf, wind surfing, pony trekking, small gauge railways, museums, tiny coves and clean long beaches.

The cottage is a former one storey farm building recently converted to form comfortable holiday accommodation. It is fully insulated and all windows are double glazed. Furniture and decorations are to a good standard.

Front entrance hall; two carpeted double bedrooms, each with twin beds and furnished with bed side cabinets, wardrobe and drawer space.

Shower room equipped with spacious shower area, toilet and hand basin.

Fully carpeted living room with three piece suite and remote controlled colour television and a selection of books. Four seater dinning table and chairs in the dinning area, open plan to the kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, ample cupboard space and work tops. Equipped with crockery and utensils. Airing cupboard.

Electricity is by meter and charged accordingly. Bed linen is provided and will be changed for longer lets. The cottage is cleaned to a high standard prior to letting and a daily cleaning service can be provided at a small additional charge.

Outside there is ample car parking space which formed part of the original farmyard. This includes a semi enclosed patio with picnic table and barbecue. Access to gardens and grounds overlooking stocked fields and on clear days distance views of the sea.

THE COTTAGE IS SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESS THROUGHOUT.
