The Aberford is a mid-Victorian Private Hotel in one of the oldest parts of central Blackpool. It is personally owned and supervised by the Goddard family, who have over 25 years experience and are renowned for providing quality and excellent value. We cater for families and couples.

We are centrally situated in the heart of Blackpool and are only a stroll from the Tower, Promenade, North and Central Piers, Winter Gardens Conference, Ballrooms and Theatre Complex, the main shopping centre and sea-front amusements.

Access is available to the Hotel and your room at all times of the day, so that you may enjoy the shops and Blackpool's fabulous nightlife.

Our ground floor spacious dining room has tables for 2,4 and 6 persons and we offer a choice of menu at mealtimes, making every effort to provide you with nutritious, well-balanced, attractive home-cooking. Some special diets can be catered for if prior notice is given. We serve a nutritious full English breakfast with tea or coffee. Also on the ground floor is our comfortable television lounge, where you can relax and browse the tourist information and books.

All the individually styled bedrooms have en suite facilities of shower, toilet, wash basin and shaver point. They also have colour television, tea/coffee making facilities, radio, hairdryer, central heating and direct dial telephone, which is PC and modem compatible.

A games room is available with pool table and darts board only, as Blackpool has so many superb attractions and facilities.

Some free car parking spaces are available for our residents in a nearby car park. Other nearby car parking is also available in the municipal and privately owned car parks.

Public transport in Blackpool is plentiful. There are frequent buses and of course our world famous trams! Taxis are available night and day at reasonable prices. If required, taxis can be arranged to collect guests from Manchester or Liverpool Airport.
