Old Vicarage Cottage is part of an 18th century stone built property, a Listed building of Georgian origin, which is close to the village green with it's shops and pubs.

The cottage has it's own private entrance and is completely self-contained. The well equipped, spacious accommodation is centrally heated, has its own south facing garden and off road private parking behind closed gates. Being off the road, quietness and privacy abound, whether you are sitting out on the patio area, or inside the cottage.

The ground floor has a fully equipped, large dining kitchen with gas cooker, automatic washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave, radio/CD player and colour television

Upstairs there is a very large lounge which boasts the original beamed ceiling and is equipped with a mini system, a colour television and video. There are also books, games and jigsaws, as well as plenty of tourist information, maps, bus & train timetables. A payphone is also situated in the lounge.

The bathroom with shower, shaver point and immersion heater in the airing cupboard is next to the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and space for a cot. Linen and towels are provided at no extra cost.

Lincoln is one of Englands most beautiful historic cities. It's rich and chequered history can be seen all around it's streets, from Roman beginings to Norman treasures and Medieval legacies. Possessing a magnificent architectural heritage, centred on it's world famous Cathedral and Castle.

Lincoln is situated in the East Midlands, 135 miles north from London, 45 miles from East Midlands International Airport and 35 miles from Humberside International Airport.

The village of Nettleham is 4 miles from Lincoln just off the A46 and is easily accessible by car or public transport. This beautiful village with it's village green and stream running past the church, is an ideal location for either relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of Lincolnshire or as a base to explore the City and surrounding areas.

• January, February, November & December = 125 pounds per week
• March & October = 150 pounds per week
• April to September = 175 pounds per week
