A 17th Century Granary Conversion, on a family working farm. It is a cosy cottage equipped to a high standard with many interesting features appropriate to its age, including original exposed beams and old world cottage furnishings.

A large fully equipped kitchen offering ample facilities, the lounge is tastefully furnished with antiques and open fire. Two twin bedded rooms, sleeps four, each with their own bathrooms, duvets and electric blankets. Full central heating and telephone. For those who wish to relax, we have a walled garden with pond and waterfall. Heated swimming pool in the Summer for keen swimmers and a snooker room for wet days. There are wooded walks at the back of the farm which are picturesque in Spring when Bluebells are out.

We are situated in the heart of Robin Hood Country close to Major Oak and Clumber Park. Both Newstead Abbey, home of Lord Byron and Southwell, known for its Minster and The Saracen's Head are nearby. Also within easy reach are Belvoir Castle and the Peak District.

For the sportsman we have four golf courses close by and at Holme Pierrepont is the International Water Sports Centre.

Ample parking space. Excellent eating out places reasonably priced. All amenities including pubs and shops nearby.
