Come and stay in lovely countryside, 950 feet above sea level, on a working farm, but within easy reach of the attractions of our Capital City, Edinburgh, and of our largest City, Glasgow.

ACCOMMODATION

Bedroom 1 - Double bed, combined wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 - Twin beds, folding bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Sitting Room - Open fire, television, three piece suite and sideboard.

Lounge/dining room - Table, six chairs, sofa, double glazed doors with open view over farmland and woodland.

Kitchen - Electric cooker, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle and fridge.

Bathroom - Bath with hand held shower, washand basin, toilet, heated towel rail and fan heater.

Double glazing and night storage heating throughout. Cot available on request.

Garden - Lawn, flower beds, picnic table, washing line and gravel parking area.

Private pond - Fishing for Rainbow Trout - available by arrangement.

Relax in the garden .... take a gentle stroll along country roads ..... or take to the hills - perhaps the White Hill (1,300 feet) before breakfast and Black Mount (1,600 feet) before lunch (depending on how energetic you feel!).

The Pentland Hills and the rolling hills of the Scottish Borders are all within sight and easy travelling distance.

Visit New Lanark - World Heritage Centre award winner, and the Falls of Clyde.

Explore the unusual museums of Biggar, sample some of the best ice cream in Scotland, visit the Puppet Theatre and play park, or have a round of golf.

Stroll along Pebbles High Street with its varied shops, have a swim in the lovely swimming pool by the River Tweed, or expend more energy at the new Gytes Leisure Centre.

Visit Edinburgh and Glasgow, both centres of cultural and architectural interest befitting cities of their atatus, and both excellent shopping centres.

For a quieter town, try Moffat, with its boating pond and putting green, or the conservation village of West Linton.

All types of outdoor activities and country persuits are widely available throughout the area.

Enjoy the stunning scenery of the Tweed Valley, or head North and cross the Forth Road Bridge into Fife, or perhaps go West to Loch Lomand.
