Peaceful farmhouse converted from 17th Century coach house and stables, retaining old charm but with all modern comforts, set in 70 acres, formerly parkland. Approached from the main King's Lynn to Cromer road (A148) down a straight drive fianlly curving into a sunny, sheltered courtyard.

Small herd of cows, some sheep (lambs in Spring and Summer), chickens and household pets.

Accommodation for guests:

Sitting room, television and sun room with access to garden. One double bedroom with Four-poster bed, sharing bathroom with one twin bedded room. One twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and toilet. All rooms have wash basins and tea and coffee facilities.

There is also a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom on the ground floor across the courtyard. This also has a small kitchenette to self cater if desired.

Meals are served in the large farmhouse kitchen with good country cooking and personal attention.
