The Lodge, Tilliefoure, is quietly situated in a magnificent woodland setting on a private estate in the valley of the River Don, three miles from Monymusk and twenty seven miles from Aberdeen.

The accommodation comprises of: three double bedrooms (all with twin divan beds), a sitting room with open fire and television, kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, small deep freeze, washing machine and tumble drier, and bathroom with immersion heater.

The Lodge is simply furnished and can comfortably sleep six people. Blankets and pillows are provided and a cot is available. Bed linen and tea towels can also be provided if required, for which there is a small charge.

Cars may be parked alongside the Lodge and pets are welcome, but not allowed in the bedrooms.

Bookings are from 16.00 hours Sunday to 10.00 hours the following Sunday, although enquiries for shorter or long-term periods will be considered.

Salmon and trout fishing can be rented on the Tilliefoure Estate at a weekly rate, which allows a maximum of three rods to be used on a two mile stretch of riverbank. Please note that in Scotland fishing is not permitted on Sundays.
