This detatched, Victorian Guest House is family run and stands in its own well tendered garden beside the Glasgow Road, south of the city centre.

The three bedrooms available to guests each have en suite facilities, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. A family room is available and two of the bedrooms have been set aside for non smokers. There is no smoking in the lounge or dining room. No dogs are allowed in the bedrooms.

Carefully prepared breakfasts and, by prior arrangement, evening meals are served at the communal table in the smart dining room.
