Marina and Derek welcome you to Sandaig Guest House which overlooks the delightful open spaces of Leith Links.

Sandaig is a family home and occupies two mid terraced Victorian villas dating c.1870, the first was purchased 13 years ago with then second being bought five years later, this has transformed the guest house into a 9 bed roomed house.

Each of our nine individually designed rooms has, colour television, direct dial telephone, radio/alarm clock, hairdryer and hospitality tray, all provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All nine rooms are completely dedicated to Non-Smoking guests.

We are located only ten minutes from the city centre by car, bus or taxi,and we have ample free parking and a regular bus service. An excellent choice of eating places to suit all palates are all within easy walking distance. Also nearby is Leith Harbour, the new home of the Royal Yatch Britannia and the Scottish Office Headquarters.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, and if there is anything further you require, please do not hesitate to ask.

Nearby is Leith harbour where the Royal Yacht Britannia is moored and Leith is a fashionable waterfront shopping centre, the Ocean Terminal.
