A warm welcome at Kandara Guest House. Kandara is a family run guest house situated in a quiet and leafy residential road with free street parking. The area is one of Islington's designated conservation areas.

We are registered with both the English Tourism Council and the London Tourist Board and approved by our local tourist office, Discover Islington.

Based close to the Angel Islington and Business Design Centre, 8 bus routes provide easy access to both the City and West End 24 hours a day. The bus routes provide a fast and reliable service, running every few minutes. The nearest stations are Essex Road, the Angel and Highbury & Islington.

FACILITIES:

The guest house is centrally heated and completely non smoking. All our bedrooms have recntly been redecorated and furnished. All bedrooms have a wash basin, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities.

Bathrooms are shared. We have recently doubled the number of toilets and showers. We have ten bedrooms and five bathrooms - each with shower and toilet - plus two extra toilets.

Kandara is only 20 minutes from London's West End and 15 minutes from the City. Make Kandara your base to explore the Capital.

Islington known as the real London, is famous for its huge variety of shops, restaurants, bars, theatres and places of interest.

There are convenient buses to all parts of London. The nearest underground stations are Highbury and Islington. The nearest rail stations are Essex Road and Canonbury.
