Friendly family farm house accommodation in comfortable oak beamed house dating back to 1732. We are within easy reach of the Lakes and the market town of Cockermouth.

We offer two lounges, one with log fire and television, the other is non-smoking with central heating and quiet for reading etc. Nice walks from our 250 acres farm.

We have four bedrooms, three with hand basins. There are two bathrooms and toilets. All food is home cooked using home produce.

Also available is a three bedroomed self-contained barn conversion on our working farm two miles away. It is fully equipped and sleeps seven.
