Situated on the edge of the New Forest in close proximity to Beaulieu, Hythe Marina and Waterfront, the beautiful former country house retains much of its original charm - with all modern facilities.

It is within easy access of the M27, serving Eastleigh International Airport, Winchester and Portsmouth. London is approximately 75 miles.

We can arrange golfing, fishing, sailing, riding, cycling and many other activities. There is hotel parking for coaches and up to 100 cars. The garden with fountain, has a childrens play area.

The Lounge Bar serves many cask and keg ales and with dance floor has live entertainment Thursday to Saturday. The Cocktail Bar has a very large selection of spirits and liqueurs, with a tempting choice of fresh fruit and ice cream cocktails, both alcholic and alcohol free.

The lunch and dinner menu is extremely extensive, offering meals and snacks from around the world - American, Cajun, Indian, Oriental and Traditional English, plus a very popular lunchtime carvery. There is a 'Just Juniors' menu and half portions of main menu for children. Meals and snacks are served in both the attractive restaurant and lounge bar. Morning coffee and afternoon cream teas.

With a variety of meal and buffet menus, we cater for Weddings and Parties from 2 to 2000 people. The Forest Room has a dance floor and private bar.

We are licensed for Civil Marriage Ceremonies seven days a week in the Garden Room, providing a beautiful relaxed atmosphere with your own music choice.
