Built in 1999, this charming wood clad cottage on 2 storeys, sleeps 8 - 10 people in great comfort.

Within sight of the Duror Hills; minutes from Glencoe and great outdoor pursuits yet an ideal base from which to explore the West Highlands.

The comfortable living room has views out onto mixed woodland and towards Bheinn Beither. A very cosy room with 2 and 3 seater settes, wood burning stove, Sky digital television, video and CD stereo system. Patio doors onto large, private, wooden sun deck. Outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Kitchen/dining room has large dining table and open plan kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, food processor, and dishwasher.

Utility room has automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and pulley. Ideal for drying off wet clothing.

Ground floor: One double bedroom with en suite toilet and shower and is rear facing with views of the Duror Hills through the trees. One twin bedded room. Both have fitted wardrobes and space for wheelchair turning circle. Also a separate shower room and toilet, which is fully equipped and accessible for those in wheelchairs.

Upstairs: A very spacious double room with views northwards to Kentallen. The other bedroom is described as a suite - spacious twin bedded room adjoined by a further south facing room fitted with a double futon and single bed. Both these upstairs rooms share a large bathroom, fitted with powerful over bath shower, bidet and toilet.

LOCATION:

Oak Tree Cottage is within walking distance of the village shop, pub, beach and church. Duror is a small village in the Highland Region, ten minutes south of Ballachulish. Fort William is 20 miles to the north and Oban is 25 miles south.
