Our spacious Victorian home has been completely refurbished to a high standard to provide comfortable, NON SMOKING accommodation and a relaxed atmosphere for those who are here on business, visiting friends or simply enjoying a holiday break.

Our carefully planned and tastefully decorated rooms include three double bedrooms - two fully en suite and one with private bathroom - and one single bedroom fully en suite. Each room has a colour television, tea and coffee hospitality tray and hairdryer. Ironing facilities are available on request.

Central heating throughout ensures your comfort at any time of the year.

We are easy to find as the location map shows, have ample off street parking and we are open all the year round with the exceptions of Christmas and the New Year.

We are ideally placed for exploring the many interesting and historic places in the City of Norwich, being situated just a few minutes walk to the city centre. Further afield, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads can easily be reached, while the coastal resorts of Cromer and Sheringham are a short drive away. There are a number of inland attractions to visit, particularly Sandringham, along with many National Trust and other interesting properties in the area. A trip on the North Norfolk Railway running between Sheringham and Holt is also a particularly enjoyable way of spending the day.
