Linton Court offers a unique service in Edinburgh providing self-catering flats and apartments on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We are conveniently situated just over a mile south west of the city centre, opposite a small public park. The main bus routes and local shopping areas are within 100 metres of our building.

All the apartments have been fully modernised and are well equipped and comfortably furnished. Facilities include direct dial telephones with intercom between flats and an entry phone to the main entrance. Our reception office, chambermaid service and resident caretaker assure visitors of a high degree of service and security.

We offer accommodation in one, two and three bedroomed flats with sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. A few bed-sitting rooms are also available. Cots can be provided and a baby sitting service can be arranged. Our serviced flats offer a really economic alternative to hotels and represent extremely good value for money.

The excellent kitchen facilities provided also enable you to cater for your own requirements or to entertain friends. The building complies with fire regulations and has emergency lighting and fire exits.

This beautiful and historic city offers a range of leisure activities to interest and to entertain visitors of every taste. Whether your preference is for art, architecture, music or history, you'll find it here.

The visitor is well catered for in moderately priced restaurants of every kind and there are many interesting pubs and coffee shops to visit.

For the more active there is the outstanding Royal Commonwealth Pool with its many facilities, or the Meadowbank Stadium which offers more than thirty different sports and games. There are many golf courses in and around Edinburgh and on the Pentland Hills nearby is the largest artificial ski slope in Europe, complete with chair lift which gives fine views of the city and surrounding countryside.

Edinburgh also provides an ideal base from which to visit the Scottish Borders or the Highlands and Islands.

We have a range of apartments from 1, 2, 3 Bedrooms sleeping from 1 to 7 people.

• Daily Rate: From 25:00 per day per apartment
• Weekly Rate: From 135.00 per week per apartment

Apartments are fully equipped including linen and towels. Tariff includes central heating and hot water and electricity. VAT where applicable is included. Apartments are cleaned twice weekly and linen is changed once weekly. Residents have the use of laundry facilities. Though street parking is not restricted it is sparse. A few parking spaces are available at 5.00 pounds per 24 hours or 25.00 pounds per week.

Note: Office hours are 08:00 to 13:00 hrs and 14:00 to 19:00 hrs weekdays and 09:00 to 13:00 hrs and 17:00 to 18:00 hrs at weekends. Special arrangements can be made for arrivals outside of these times.
