Ground floor flat with own private entrance and no steps. Entrance into living area, arranged as sitting room with kitchen area beyond breakfast bar. Kitchen area is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, larder fridge, freezer, pantry, washing machine etc., generous working area.

Large carpeted sitting area with ample seating and colour television. Two sofa beds to provide sleeping facilities for four people. Attractive double bedroom with en suite shower room, complete with toilet and handbasin, access through bedroom.

Both flats are furnished to a very high standard - the proprietor lives on the premises.
