A choice of one and two bedroomed apartments situated in St Katharine's Marina on the North Bank of the River Thames with car parking only 100 yards away.
They are just five minutes walk from two attractive and famous tourist sights - The Tower of London and Tower Bridge. They are also about 5 - 7 minutes walk from Tower Hill Underground station on the District and Circle Lines and local buses which make travelling to the West End, Theatre Land and major attractions in London very easy.
Situated within the yatching marina itself are a number of facilities and entertainment venues such as the Dickens Inn pub, the Carvery at the Tower Hotel, a few restaurants and shops etc...
A large supermarket store has recently opened about two hundred yards from the apartments, which is open seven days a week. It also has a coffee shop and serves hot food at all times.
ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS
These flats are on one level. They each comprise of a comfortable bedroom with two single beds, a spacious lounge/living room with double sofa-bed, a fully fitted kitchen, a good size bathroom/toilet and a storage cupboard. Each sleeps four, including use of a double sofa bed.
TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS
(1) A split level flat with two bedrooms and a good size bathroom on one floor and a lounge/living room on the other floor, with a balcony/terrace offering barbeque facilities and outdoor furniture, overlooking a garden square, a fully fitted kitchen, toilet and storage space. Sleeps six including double sofa bed. (2) A split level flat with two bedrooms and a good size bathroom on one floor, and a lounge/living room on the other floor, with a balcony/terrace, a fully fitted kitchen and storage space. The apartment overlooks the marina. Sleeps six including double sofa bed.
For all the apartments, you are provided with a television, a refrigerator, a fully automatic washing machine/dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, all necessary cutlery, crockery and utensils for four to six people (depending on which apartment), electric kettle, toaster, towels, linens, hair-dryer etc... and a private payphone. For business clients, a non coin-operated telephone and fax machine can be provided by arrangement.
When you arrive you will find the apartment has been cleaned or in the process of being cleaned (for arrivals prior to 12.00 pm) and all towels, linen and bed furnishing fresh and clean. Cleaning service is not normally provided during a seven day or shorter stay but should you require this service, it can be arranged at minimal cost either daily, or at agreed intervals. For a stay of 10 to 14 days or even longer, the housekeeper will visit the apartment once a week in order to change the bed linen and towels at 10.00 pounds a week, payable in cash to the housekeeper. Should you decide not to have this service included, please advise in writing in advance.

Charges are per week irrespective of the number of persons staying in the apartments.
Low Period Charges 1 Oct to 17 Dec & 6 Jan to 30 Apr
High Period Charges 01 May to 30 Sep & 18 Dec to 5 Jan
Normally a minimum stay of seven nights is required. Shorter stays may be available by negotiation.
Payments are accepted in Sterling Pound cheques or I.M.O. or by VISA/MASTERCARD/ACCESS.
