The Old Rectory has a new bedroom extention which houses thirteen luxurious ground floor bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, and adjoining rooms are available. All bedrooms are also equipped with a colour television, telephone system, mini bar, tea/coffee hospitality tray, hairdryer and a trouser press. There is also a guest laundry room.

In the gardens is a heated outdoor pool, (open from approx. April to September), a summer house, bar-be-que and bar area and a paved fountain with patio chairs and tables, swings and see-saw for the children.

WEDDINGS and FUNCTIONS

Here at the Old Rectory we know how important it is to make the big day a memory that will last forever, and are more than happy to cater for any style of wedding.

Set in three and a half acres of beautiful gardens we are ideal for photographs and offer some unusual features such as the Pergola, Gazeebo, Stile and Fountain. The heated swimming pool and bar-be-que area are the ultimate for weddings with an open air flavour.

Our luxurious honeymoon suite with private facilities is also available to the bride and groom. The first nights accommodation is totally free. We also offer a small discount to your guests staying overnight.

We want your day to be perfect and will cater for the individual needs. We offer advice on details such as the layout and colour scheme of your wedding, decoration and seating arangements.

Our new hexagonal conservatory restaurant seats a maximum of 110 persons for a hot wedding breakfast (waitress service) and 150 for the evening reception, the dance floor being ideal for disco's and entertainment.

The dining room and dancefloor is also the perfect place to hold birthday or office parties, office seminars and functions such as golden weddings or retirements.

At the Old Rectory we have a wide variety of menus, all fresh home-cooked food from hot wedding breakfasts to whole fresh salmon platters and salads. We also cater for vegetarians.

Choose from our extensive wine lists or the drinks package, which includes a drink on arrival, one with your meal and one for the toast.

PARTIES:

Surprise parties are our speciality, a finger buffet or a hot meal are the perfect way to celebrate. The bar closes at 11.30pm so there is plenty of time after the meal to dance, socialise and enjoy yourself.

CONFERENCES:

We can offer our function room for office seminars/meetings/promotions with facilities to include overhead projector and screen, T.V., photocopier and flipchart. Tables are laid out as per instructions and supplied with fresh juice, mints, pens and paper.

Christmas Fayre:

Through December we offer dinners/dances for any size party.

Sunday Lunch:

On Sundays the restaurant is open to the general public for traditional lunch throughout the year. Please check availability.
