The farmhouse, part 15th Century and part modern, nestles under Nine Barrow Down on a winding little road from Corfe Castle to Swanage. It is like a huge cottage with a large vegetable and flower garden, chickens in the orchard and a few sheep and horses in the fields next door. There are many beautiful footpaths to the coast, valley and hills for the energetic, and guests are invited to relax in the garden or by the wood-burning stove in the sitting room at any time.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. There are magnificent views over the garden and up the valley towards Corfe Castle. One room is en-suite and the other has its own bathroom.

A superb breakfast is always on offer and seasonally available stewed fruit, home-made muesli, porridge, fruit salad and cheeses can be provided on request. Evening meals, with most of the food home-produced or from the farm next door, can also be provided by arrangement. Baby-sitting and child play areas available.
