This is a non-smoking guest house and the accommodation comprises:

• Eight rooms - all fully ensuite bar one which has its own private bathroom
• Single, double, twin and large family room which sleeps up to six.

TV and telephone in all rooms as well as Internet connection points, so you can plug in your laptop to check and send e-mails or surf the web. We have ensured that the lounge is a comfortable haven where you can do both. You can use the PC to find out what's on in Edinburgh and look at the web sites for particular attractions to check opening times, how to get there etc. or send an e-mail postcard home.

Breakfast is served in our light,airy conservatory overlooking the garden or if you prefer you can sit at the breakfast bar. Given a little notice we will cater for any special dietary requirements.
