Welcome to the quaint old White Horse Inn in Woolstone, a 16th century house reputed to be one of the oldest inns in England where Thomas Hughes, author of Tom Brown's School Days is said to have written his work. Now it is the pride and joy of Raymond and Maureen Batty. The Inn is situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, under the Uffington White Horse and Ancient Monument adjacent to The Ridgeway Trail and many other places of historical interest.

All rooms are en suite with remote control television, direct dial telephone, radio and hospitality tray. There is also a luxury suite with lounge, two bedrooms and bathrooms ideally suited for small meetings or private parties. Dine in the intimate atmosphere of our a la carte restaurant. We pride ourselves on our fresh produce delivered daily and lovingly prepared for your enjoyment by our superb chefs. We are always happy to quote for special parties, business lunches etc.
