East Burton Farm Cottages are attached to a 542 acre working farm which produces beef cattle and cereals. East Burton is a quiet peaceful farming hamlet which enjoys superb views over the fields to Bamburgh Castle and the Farne Islands. The superb beach with its golden sand is ideal for children, pets, and walking. All cottages have open fires and storage heaters and all heat and fuel are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included in the rent. A cot and high chair are available on request. All cottages have microwave ovens, colour television, video recorders, radio, shaver points, showers over baths, automatic washer/dryers and gardens with chairs.
No.1 EAST BURTON COTTAGES - Sleeps 5
This is a single story stone built terraced cottage. It has been renovated but still retains some of its old character with its oak beams. The garden is complete with garden furniture, is enclosed and is safe for pets and children. There is a dining lounge, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, utility room, two bedrooms - one double, one twin, all with duvets. There is parking for two cars.

No.8 EAST BURTON COTTAGES - Sleeps 5
This is a two story terraced cottage. There is a lounge, kitchen, dining room with patio doors that lead into a garden, a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs there is a double, twin, and single bedroom with duvets. It was renovated in 1993 and is furnished, fitted and decorated to a very high standard providing good quality accomodation at an affordable price. There is parking for two cars plus it has its own garage. The garden is enclosed and is safe for children and pets.

No.5 EAST BURTON COTTAGES - Sleeps 6
This is the same as No.8 but with 1 double, 2 singles, 1 twin downstairs, and small patio area at front.

This is also the same as No.8 but with 1 double and 2 singles and a small patio area leading from the dinning room.

THE BUNGALOW - Sleeps 5
Stands in its own position. There is a lounge, dining kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, three bedrooms - one double, one twin, one single. The Bungalow is double glazed and there is now a new sun lounge extention. It has a fastext colour television & video recorder. The garden has chairs and there is parking for two cars.
CHARGES: From 300.00 to 500.00 per week
