Barrow Mill is a delightfully situated stone built bungalow built circa 1680. It stands in 60 acres of its own farm land with a lovely view of the Coquet Valley and Heather Hills. Privately owned fishing can be arranged on the River Coquet, 200 yards from the house. Situated in the heart of the Cheviots bordering the National Park. This is a beautiful unspoilt area ideal for walking. Easy access to the Roman Wall and the sandy beaches of the Northumberland coast from which there are day trips to the Farne Islands. Rothbury (10 miles) is a good all-round shopping village.

The bungalow has one double-bedded room and a room with one double bed and two single beds with cot provided. All beds have electric blankets. The lounge and dining area has a colour television. The bathroom is complete with shaving point. Kitchenette has split level cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and sink units. There is a telephone installed. Automatic washing machine and dishwasher. Central heating.

The stable is a new conversion within the Barrow Mill complex. One twin bedroom and separate shower unit, dining area, lounge with colour television. Well equipped kitchen area with electric cooker. Night storage heaters. Telephone. Automatic washing/drier in outside facility.

This new conversiion within the Barrow Mill complex stands separate in its own courtyard. It contains one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. A shower unit. Electric blankets on all beds and night storage heaters in all rooms, meter readings for all electricity. Telephone.

PRIESTS HOUSE, BIDDLESTONE, NETHERTON, ROTHBURY - Sleeps 11

Priests House is a large stone-built very private house standing in half an acre of ground. It lies in beautiful unspoilt countryside for walking. With one double bedroom and three further bedroms each with one double bed and one single bed, electric blankets, bathroom, shaver point and lounge with colour televisiion. There is a separate shower room and toilet. Well equipped kitchen. Night storage heating on request. Automatic washer/drier in house. Electricity by meter reading. Aga cooker with two ovens heats water and is superb for cooking.

BILLSMOORFOOT HOUSE - Sleeps 6 (or with extention wing, up to 10)

Billsmoorfoot is situated beside Dunns Farm itself. The cottage is a small farmhouse resting in a small private caravan site and has three bedrooms, two twins and one doubled. There is a bathroom and large lounge with colour television and electric fire. The kitchette has an electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge, freezer etc. An oil-fired 4 oven Aga cooker heats the water. All beds have electric blankets. There is an automatic washer/drier in the house and pay telephone in the outbuildings. There is also a south facing conservatory. Central heating.

BILLSMOORFOOT HOUSE - EXTENTION WING - Sleeps 4

Contains one twin bedroom and one double bedroom with electric blankets and both rooms have wash basins. There is a lounge with colour television and electric fire and electric heater in dining area. The small kitchenette is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster etc. Automatic washer/drierin outside building. Bath, shower and toilet downstairs. Electricity by meter reading. Central heating.

THE BYRE, BILLSMOORFOOT - Sleeps - 2 or 4

The new stone-built conversion lies on a small private caravan site. It contains one double bedroom and sleeps two, or four with bedsettee in lounge. The newly fitted kitchen has cooker, hob and all modern conveniences. There is central heating and hot water. Bath with shower.

BEESWING LODGE BY DUNNS FARM - Sleeps 5

This is a new stone built conversion beautifully situated in its own grounds of five acres and surrounded by a three hundred acre deer park. The Lodge contains one double bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has shower over bath. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine/drier and dishwasher. The lounge has colour television, with video and tapes. Central heating.
