Our country guest house is located in an idyllic riverside setting - surrounded by six acres of garden and woodland (we are garden enthusiasts!)

Just inside the Lake District National Park there is easy access to the Lakes, the Yorkshire Dales, the Eden Valley and also en-route for Scotland.

There are five double/twin bedrooms with good views of the garden - three are en-suite (two on the ground floor). All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities.

Guests have their own very comfortable lounge, with television, which is well stocked with maps and books for walkers and motorists.

Dinners are by arrangement - excellent home cooking using fresh produce (vegetarians catered for). We serve Dinner at 7.45 p.m. and have a residential licence. Picnic lunches are available on request.

You are assured of a warm welcome and a relaxing atmosphere to unwind for a few days. We know the Lakes and surrounding areas well (especially Gardens and Nurseries!) and are more than happy to give you ideas for your holiday with us.
